Call.Group meetings are always hosted in a particular 'Room' - which can be thought of as the virtual space in which your call takes place.

Every Call.Group Room is either a 'Conference Room' or a 'Presentation Room' and each is designed for a different type of meeting.

Conference Rooms

Conference Rooms are perfect for general discussions and collaboration in smaller groups. There are fewer restrictions and everyone can contribute.

All participants' audio is enabled when they join and all participants can:

  • Enable their video camera
  • Share their screen
  • Live chat
  • Raise their hand
  • Share a YouTube video
  • Live stream the meeting

Presentation Rooms

Presentation Rooms are suited to large calls where there are often lots of people watching/listening, and a smaller number of people doing the talking or presenting.

Guests' audio is disabled when they join, but Guests can:

  • Live chat
  • Raise their hand

Only Hosts can:

  • Be heard
  • Enable their own video camera
  • Share their screen
  • Share a YouTube video
  • Live stream the meeting
